It seemed fitting after so many splits this week that the final match-up of Group 4 did not end in a simple 2 run race. This time it took 4 runs to determine which of these two classics would earn the 3 points for the victory. Eventually the 1955 Bel Air from team MxV was named champion of Group 4 after taking advantage of the inconsistency of the 1932 hot rod. If the Ford could have stayed upright it was probably one of the fastest cars in the Group, instead team Easy Iron fell one win short of qualifying for the Champions round later this season.
